Where is the meeting point at the airport?

The driver will be waiting for in the arrivals lounge of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided. The exact meeting point information is  included in the reservation confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, by email or by phone. For last minute changes please contact the Emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation email.

Please note that confirmation is not automatic and it may take up to 3 hours before you receive the confirmation email.

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?

Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation. There is no charge for making changes to your flight details.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.

Do you provide child seats?

Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats by filling the message section of booking page.

Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?

Your transfer is for private one way only

Does the airport transfer take us directly to our hotel?

Are there any extra charges?

There are no hidden charges. Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final.
